Job summary

GRI Towers Texas, Inc. in Amarillo, TX, is seeking a logistics support associate to handle movement, loading, unloading, and delivery of product using forklifts and related equipment. You will document activity in the warehouse systems and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, fluent English, and 6 months to 1 year of related experience. Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus and basic MS Word/Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and coordinate deliveries of shipments in transportation with carriers.
• Provides and maintain effective customer service while monitoring their corresponding loads
• Possess understanding of managing shipment and transportation
• Researches and manage status of all open loads
• Utilizes and update company logistics systems daily
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested for the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse.
