CBRE’s Location Intelligence team is seeking a top-tier professional to manage a high-performing team of GIS professionals delivering innovative products and services supporting our clients across various asset types and business lines. The ideal candidate will excel in people management, communication, collaboration, and customer service, with a passion for GIS and familiarity with project management best practices.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with CBRE professionals to advise clients on Location Intelligence solutions, including consulting, demonstrations, custom solutions, proposal writing, and project delivery.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of GIS production for client projects and sales support.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance GIS content delivery.
• Guide management and sales teams on data and product utilization, serving as a client liaison.

What You'll Need

• Experience managing workloads and projects in a high-pressure environment.
• Expertise in Location Intelligence deliverables and guiding GIS teams for high-quality outcomes.
• Experience managing large national projects and client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and mentorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geography or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of GIS-related work experience; 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Preferred: experience in retail, industrial, or commercial real estate site selection; GIS professional certifications.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Alteryx, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
