Title: Manager, Digital Analytics

Position Description: Provide the overall analytical vision and roadmap for improving website analytics, enhancing website experience, and leading the initiatives to elevate the web analytics capabilities to an industry-leading level. Lead the effort to improve overall analytics effectiveness including advanced segmentation and personalization for use on the site in executive dashboards, alternative key performance metrics, funnel analysis, and function-specific reports. Define and manage the web analytics, conversion & optimization strategy for our digital properties through an understanding of marketing and data requirements, customer segmentation and targeting, and business goals. Advance the business goal of ‘democratizing data’ by designing and building user-friendly data visualization tools and partnering with the Business Intelligence team to develop the supporting data models. Leverage advanced ML algorithms to develop models for predicting outcomes, prescribing preferences, and forecasting results. Identify new attributes to apply to models through exploratory analysis, 3rd party data collection, and feature engineering. Leverage Databricks data lake to create data models to use for exploratory analysis and model training. Design and perform A/B and multivariate testing and identify campaign optimizations. Drive improvement in customer acquisition efficacy, efficiency, and growth through analytics and partnerships with Channel Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing Teams. Leverage advanced analytical techniques such as predictive analytics to ‘level up’ the business and drive performance. Partner with marketing and sales leadership to establish detailed performance goals and quarterly roadmap of projects to deliver on them. Enhance new and existing models measuring efficacy through A/B testing. This position is fully remote in PA, FL, GA, IL, IN, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI, AL, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NH, OH, OK, VA, AZ, CO, MN, NJ, NY only. Salary: $116,000 to $126,000 per year.

Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Must have 3 years of experience in the job offered or related, including 3 years of experience with: using SQL/Python to pull and organize data from large databases; Tableau or other data visualization tools; Google Tag Manager; and setting up and configuring Google Analytics reports/dashboards. Must have 1 year of data science experience.
