Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on localization project or program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in language, management, localization, technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical understanding of localization and internationalization principles.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and tools rapidly.
• Enthusiasm for AI-based tools and experience using AI-powered tooling to automate tasks is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: enhance product localization delivery and upstream development efficiencies.
• Release Management: support product teams for efficient, timely localization releases.
• Vendor Collaboration: manage scalable localization handoffs and communications with vendors.
• Technical Innovation: collaborate with engineers to automate processes and integrate AI-based tooling.
• Project Leadership: manage end-to-end localization projects including scope, schedule, and execution.
• Quality Assurance: lead QA, troubleshoot, and scale testing efforts.
• Knowledge Sharing: document workflows and share best practices across teams.
• Global Readiness: educate teams on localization best practices early in development lifecycle.
