Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Associate Localization Program Manager on the Tech COO Localization team to ensure a world-class user experience for international customers. You will partner with engineers, product teams, and localization experts to drive scalable, high-quality localization processes in a fast-paced product environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on localization project or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in language, management, localization, technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical understanding of localization and internationalization principles.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and tools rapidly.
• Enthusiasm for AI-based tools; using AI-powered tooling to automate tasks is a plus.
• Proficiency with common file formats (XML, HTML, JSON, Markdown, XLIFF).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for languages and collaborative attitude.
• Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Enhance product localization delivery and upstream development efficiencies.
• Release Management: Support localization releases for international customers.
• Vendor Collaboration: Manage localization handoffs andDelivery with strong communication.
• Technical Innovation: Work with engineers to automate processes and AI tooling.
• Project/Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end localization projects, scope, schedule, execution.
• Quality Assurance: Lead QA processes, troubleshoot, scale testing.
• Knowledge Sharing: Document workflows and share insights.
• Global Readiness: Educate teams on localization best practices during development lifecycle.
