Educato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring.

We’re building a creator-led growth engine market by market, and we’re seeking local UGC creators to launch and grow our UGC program in their markets, working with our global GTM team to learn and scale the campaigns.

Qualifications

• Native speaker of the market language
• Good English communication skills
• UGC creator or experience creating UGC for brands
• Understand what makes short-form content authentic and native to the market
• Organized and good communicator
• Fast learner and proactive
• Experience managing creators is valuable but execution matters most

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.
• Review content and provide fast, clear feedback.
• Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.
