This on-site role blends tax expertise, client education, and community engagement to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences. You will work with a team of financial experts to assist individuals and small businesses, grow the local client base, and connect clients to complementary Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to expand services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations, deductions, and amendments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
