Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in a new TurboTax location across the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, answer tax questions, and coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end Intuit experience for people with personal and business

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and targeted outreach.
Coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
