Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, client services, and connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll work with a team of financial experts, help with complex scenarios, and grow the local client base through community activities. This role emphasizes end-to-end service and a hands-on advisory approach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep filing 30+ returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory as trained.
• Onsite role with 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Training and compliance requirements must be met.
• Uniforms required; may be used for advertising.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and other Intuit services.
• Deliver end-to-end service with a trusted advisor approach.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.

Tax return prep – 30+ returns

Onsite 8am–5pm, 20 hrs/wk
