Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax prep and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will support clients in person and virtually, handle complex tax scenarios, and coordinate with a wider team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and leveraging Intuit tools to build lasting relationships, with on-site hours and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (30+) per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidelines.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniform and use name for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
