Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax prep, offer expert advice, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end support in a local office setting.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent Intuit in community events, using marketing tools to expand impact while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience year-round.

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base, connect with the community, and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
