Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, spanning personal and business tax scenarios, while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support. You will also act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required and filing credentials as applicable.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Willing to complete training and development per company needs.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising materials.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and drive community engagement and loyalty.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
