Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and leverage Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end services for individuals and businesses. You will build a local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the face of TurboTax while collaborating with a broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time
• Willing to complete training and development per business needs
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments)
• Develop local growth by outreach, events, and partnerships to build a client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory)
• Build long-term trust and relationships with customers in person and virtually
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with tax planning
