Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Driver Helper in Concord, NC. You will assist the Route Driver in collecting used tires from retail locations and manually load and stack tires up to 50 lbs onto the truck, while following safety protocols and established routes.

You will work as part of a two-person team to ensure timely pickups and maintain a safe, organized work area. Previous experience in tire recycling or manufacturing is a plus, and the company offers benefits such as 401(k) and health

• Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform heavy manual labor.
• Teamwork and clear communication with Route Driver.

Responsibilities

• Assist Route Driver in picking up used tires from retail locations.
• Manually load and stack tires onto the truck, ensuring proper organization and safety.
• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and maintain safety protocols.
• Communicate with store personnel and Route Driver to ensure timely pickups.
