Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at California locations, delivering tax preparation, advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients. You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, provide clear tax guidance, and connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll, while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or active PTIN and strong tax preparation knowledge.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training, plus uniform and branding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering a trusted, end-to-end customer experience.
• Represent Intuit in local marketing initiatives and community programs.
