Job summary

Intuit seeks dynamic individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a nationwide TurboTax location. You will provide on-site tax preparation, personalized advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and promote Intuit solutions through community outreach and events, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
