SonicJobs, on behalf of Intuit, is seeking a dedicated TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide year-round tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax office in the United States. You will work in-person with clients and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will build relationships in the community, drive local growth, and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, with training as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with teammates to connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, compassionate communication.
• Represent the TurboTax office professionally in-person and online engagements.
