Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Link clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
