Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering accurate tax preparation and expert advice for individuals and small businesses. You’ll connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services, while building lasting relationships in the local community.

You will provide personalized support in person and via video tools, helping clients maximize refunds, plan for future taxes, and expand your local client

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience with 30+ 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience onsite and virtually.
