Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to serve clients onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering expert tax advice and end-to-end support.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide comprehensive services and a superior client experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and participate in marketing initiatives while upholding Intuit’s standards and values in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location for 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete required training and development; uniforms and branding usage.
• Interest in building a local/community presence and online content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide planning advice.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, maximize refunds, and minimize liabilities.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Organize local events and leverage marketing resources to drive engagement.
• Build relationships and present Intuit ecosystem solutions to clients.
