Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Safety-focused Tanker Operator in Georgia to transport cement from terminals to SRM plants. You will operate a Class A tanker, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and document deliveries in compliance with DOT regulations.

We offer local or regional routes, home time, overtime eligibility, and a robust benefits package. A strong safety record and 2+ years of tanker experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; tanker endorsement helpful but not required.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 2 years' proven Class A tanker truck experience.
• Clean driving record with no serious tickets in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tanker truck transporting cement to SRM plants.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Complete logs and delivery paperwork per DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch for delivery instructions and route updates.
• Ensure secure loading/unloading and prevent spills or contamination.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or violations promptly.
