Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Cypress, TX is seeking a Local Store Marketer (LSM) to strengthen community ties and grow guest loyalty. You will work with the Managing Partner and store leadership to implement local marketing programs and improve store performance.

You will promote all Texas Roadhouse promotions, build relationships with local businesses and organizations, and help coordinate charitable events to raise brand awareness and drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty and increase sales.
• Promote in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards).
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to raise brand awareness.
• Support PR efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate with leadership about programs, plans, and results.
