Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Partner and management team with creating, developing, and implementing local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty and boost sales.
• Promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and civic groups to raise brand awareness.
• Organize charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader.
• Support public relations activities including media outreach and publicity events.
• Communicate regularly with leadership about programs, plans and results.
