Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Local Store Marketer (LSM) who can help build guest loyalty and sales at the local level by forging relationships within the community. You’ll work with the Managing Partner to create and implement local marketing programs, promote promotions, develop charitable events, and support public relations efforts.

Qualificações

• Community relations experience is preferred.
• Ability to plan and execute local marketing initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in creating and implementing local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales.
• Promote in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other partners.
• Develop charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader.
• Support public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate plans and results with the Managing Partner and staff.
