U-Haul Company is hiring a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR) to handle container loading, unloading, and local delivery duties. Training is provided for truck and forklift operation, with an emphasis on friendly, courteous customer service and safe handling of U-Box storage units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from destinations – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
