Responsibilities

• Visually verify inbound/outbound vehicles on scale; enter weight into computer.
• Identify metals and sort grades per specifications.
• Process customer payments and verify tickets and prices.
• File paperwork to support scheduled payments.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate area.
• Develop reports and monitor performance metrics.
• Assist in training new administrative staff.
• Support end-of-production cleanup and safety compliance.
