Job summary

Roberts Oxygen is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Orlando, FL to lead local route operations, supervise drivers, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries. You will collaborate with production teams and Inside Sales to optimize routing and dispatch.

Strong leadership, safety focus, and regulatory knowledge are essential. The role requires CDL experience, 2+ years in supervision, and a background in customer interactions, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements preferred; 2 years driving experience recommended
• 2+ years supervisory experience managing a team of 5+
• Strong safety and regulatory knowledge (DOT/FMCSA)
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's in Business Management preferred
• Experience in sales or customer interaction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes and ensure safe, timely deliveries
• Supervise and coach drivers on docks and in trucks
• Assist with routing, dispatching, scheduling and roadside service
• Collaborate with internal production teams and Inside Sales
