Job summary

Roberts Oxygen is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Orlando, FL. You will guide local drivers, manage routes, and coordinate dispatching while ensuring safety and service excellence. You’ll collaborate with production teams and support sales functions.

The role requires a CDL Class A/B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, plus 2+ years of supervisory experience. Strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience managing a team of 5 or more.
• Strong computer skills; MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to interact with customers and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company truck and equipment.
• Provide daily coaching to drivers on the plant docks and in trucks.
• Coordinate routing, dispatching, scheduling, maintenance and roadside service.
• Assist with or back-up driving coverage as applicable for the Distribution department and Inside Sales.
