Qualifications

• 5+ years of transportation experience.
• Experience leading CDL and non-CDL delivery teams.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA regulations.
• Ability to analyze routing and operating data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of CDL and non-CDL delivery drivers.
• Ensure DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, ELD, and Hours of Service compliance.
• Coach drivers, conduct ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
• Analyze routing to reduce miles, labor and costs.
• Oversee maintenance providers for the company fleet.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, and staffing levels.
• Review KPIs: on-time delivery, accuracy, DVIR, DOT compliance, etc.
