Job summary

Chambers Bottling Company L L C is seeking a Home Market Route Driver to deliver and service products to small store accounts. This role involves merchandising shelves and displays, maintaining back stock, and ensuring clean coolers and shelves.

You will establish positive customer relationships, provide superior service, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Driving records must be clean and the candidate should be self-motivated with reliable planning and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 0–3 years of general work experience.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, bend, stoop and squat up to 50 lbs.
• Operate and maneuver a pallet jack with load up to ~2,500 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record required.
• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6 months of verifiable driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and service products to small store accounts.
• Merchandise shelves, racks and displays to company standards.
• Maintain back stock in an organized manner and keep coolers, racks and shelves clean.
• Accurately account for all cases and customer transactions; collect breakage or out-of-date products.
