Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is hiring a Driver Merchandiser to deliver happiness to customers on an assigned route. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure items arrive undamaged while following all company procedures.

The role requires a valid Class A license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds, with 1–3 years of general work and driving experience. It offers a daytime route with some weekends and a retention bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Valid Class A Driver's License required and Clean MVR.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Demonstrated understanding of how to check a load for accuracy and stability.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on an assigned route.
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition (undamaged, packaging intact).
• Ensure proper procedure is followed and product is coded appropriately (disposition, destroy, repack, good return) when picking up product.
• Proper driver and work methods must be followed to lessen any potential to damaging product on truck.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
