Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Local Route Driver to join our Operations team on a local Wisconsin route. You will safely operate a box truck, ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate route records.

The role requires 1–2 years in route transportation, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and the ability to pass a DOT screening. Mon-Fri shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of route transportation experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record; minimum age 21.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and handle heavy bins.
• Pass pre-employment substance test, background check, and DOT physical.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely to perform scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare paperwork and records; manage end-to-end route logistics.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customers; represent Iron Mountain on the road.
