Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non CDL Driver to join our Transportation team. You will safely operate a company vehicle and deliver customer orders while ensuring excellent service and proper documentation.

This role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the operations team and customers. The ideal candidate has a minimum age of 21 with a valid non CDL license, a good driving record, and at least one year of route experience.

Formación

• Minimum age 21 with a valid non CDL driving license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and a DOT physical.
• At least one year of route transportation experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 70 pounds and push/pull 25–350 pounds; climb stairs and ladders.
• Strong communication and safe driving practices required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain non CDL company vehicles following security and regulatory rules.
• Deliver customer orders and complete paperwork for loading, transport, and route execution.
