Job summary

Iron Mountain in Tyler, TX is seeking an experienced Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. You will safely operate a box truck on a local route, deliver exceptional service, and maintain accurate delivery records.

Requirements include 2+ years of route transportation experience, a valid Driver’s License with a clean record, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and the ability to pass drug tests, background checks, and a DOT physical. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of route transportation experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and age 21+.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and handle heavy bins.
• Willing to pass drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
• Strong organizational and paperwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics with proper paperwork and records.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries and strong service.
