Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Delivery Driver to provide on-time deliveries with outstanding customer service. You will safely operate a Graybar truck from the warehouse to customer destinations, maintain positive customer relations, and relay customer feedback.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday daytime, home each night, with no overnights or weekends away. Graybar offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for learning and career development.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to perform physical requirements for warehouse work; pass pre-employment physical.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) eligibility.
• Experience driving a van or 26,000 GVW truck or smaller.

Responsibilities

• Determine best delivery routes to meet customer expectations.
• Deliver products to Graybar customers with excellent service.
• Load/unload trucks; operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Inspect vehicle and supplies.
• Safely operate vehicle at all times.
• Maintain proper truck logs.
• Local route with no overnights or weekend travel.
