Job summary

GFL Environmental, Inc. is hiring a Class B CDL Roll-Off Driver to safely collect waste from commercial and residential sites, transport to disposal facilities, and provide courteous service along the route.

This local, home-daily position offers steady hours and a predictable night/early-morning start. Expect 45–50 hours per week with overtime eligibility, a Monday–Tuesday off pattern, full benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience or CDL school completion.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet safety criteria.
• Physically able to perform tasks related to operating roll-off containers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class B Roll-Off truck to collect and transport waste materials to disposal facilities.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Maintain clean cab interior and follow company and safety protocols.
• Provide professional and courteous service to commercial and residential customer sites along your route.
• Communicate mechanical issues or route hazards promptly to dispatch/maintenance.
