Home365 is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to partner on a per-property basis to help with listing and resident placement in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-based role offers flexible engagement and revenue tied to the first month’s rent.

You will list properties, show them to prospective tenants, screen applicants, and coordinate lease signing through our onboarding process. Strong organization and timely communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing.
• Professional, responsive, and highly organized.
• Comfortable with technology and able to use an online portal.
• Ability to screen applicants based on provided qualifications.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• List rental properties on MLS or major platforms.
• Show properties to prospective tenants.
• Screen applicants to identify qualified candidates.
• Provide weekly updates on showing activity and status.
• Meet deadlines to minimize vacancy time.
• Coordinate lease signing and onboarding for new residents.
• Use the online portal to receive listings and submit updates.
