Job summary

GCC is seeking a dedicated concrete mixer truck driver to deliver loads to job sites. You will perform inspections, operate load equipment, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include adding materials, cleaning equipment, and communicating with dispatch. Candidates should meet DOT requirements, lift up to 50 lbs, and read/understand safety instructions in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass Federal DOT drug screen and physical.
• Maintain driving record per DOT/state regulations.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Add admixtures and materials as needed for each load.
• Care for truck cleanliness and lubrication of chutes after discharge.
• Communicate with dispatch via two-way radio and status system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
