Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of broadcast sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales and service to local business accounts.
• Hire and develop staff for acquiring new business.
• Assist the Director of Sales to manage the Sales Department.
• Represent the station to local advertisers.
• Set sales goals and develop reporting procedures.
