Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You will drive revenue, build partnerships with business owners, and shape a magazine reflecting your community. Hybrid work blends in-person engagement with a home office.

In this role you will establish your territory, build your client base, and grow an asset you own. You will lead growth as the face of Stroll in your market while collaborating with N2's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US residency is required.
• Hybrid (local community engagement + home office) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
