Job summary

The N2 Company seeks a Senior Account Executive, known as Area Director, to launch and grow a Stroll publication in your local market. You will operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine that reflects the heart of your community.

Your first months focus on establishing territory and building a client base, then growing an asset you own with ongoing support from N2's national team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US Resident status required.
• Hybrid role combining local engagement with home office work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
