Lakes Gas Co is a family-owned propane provider with a long-standing presence in the Midwest, delivering to communities from 60+ locations. This Delivery Driver role offers a local route with home every night and requires a Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, plus a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities include delivering propane, tanks, and cylinders to customers, providing outstanding service, and performing routine vehicle and plant maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (or ability to obtain) without air brake restrictions.
• A clean driving record verifiable by a Federal Motor Vehicle Report
• Must read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Must pass a DOT physical and maintain a Federal DOT medical card
• Safety conscious with strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane, propane tanks and cylinders to residential and commercial sites.
• Provide first-class customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain and assist with equipment and perform plant maintenance as needed.
• Operate handheld tablets and ensure DOT compliance
