Job summary

Rail Events Productions Inc in Perris, CA is seeking a Local Production Manager to supervise all technical and operational aspects of THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride at the local event. You will lead a crew, recruit local staff, manage schedules and budgets, and liaise with on-site management to ensure safety and exceptional guest service under REP leadership.

This exempt/salary role requires strong live-event experience, problem-solving, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Monitor budgets and expenses; supervise lighting, audio, props, and other departments.
  • Liaise with on-site management to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.

Job Title: Local Production Manager THE POLAR EXPRESS Train RideDivision/Department: Rail Events Productions (REP)/ManagementReports To: Director of Production & Production ManagerType of position: Exempt/SalaryEmployee Classification: SeasonalLocation: Perris, CACompensation: $1,450/weeklyJob Summary:The Local Production Manager assists and works under the guidance and direction of the REP Director of Production, the REP Production Manager, and the REP Associate Production Manager and acts as an integral member of the local REP team.
