Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Delivery of large scopes valued at $150M+.
• Construction experience in Arizona.
• Experience working for a general contractor.
• Strong track record delivering technically complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling, contracts, procurement and construction operations.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead large project teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at $150M+
• Managing project teams across planning, procurement, construction and closeout
• Maintaining oversight of project budgets, schedules, contracts and change management
• Coordinating closely with field leadership and key trade partners
• Managing relationships with owners, architects, engineers and external stakeholders
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor buyout on major scopes
• Identifying project risks and implementing solutions before they impact delivery
• Driving accountability across both internal project teams and subcontractors
• Supporting the continued growth of the contractor's presence in the Arizona market
