Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a seasoned project leader to own budget, schedule, and client communication for ground-up commercial projects in the Phoenix area. You will guide subcontractor procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage change while overseeing risk, forecasting, and project reporting.

You will mentor team members and coordinate with field leadership on projects typically in the $25M+ range, with a focus on client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in general contracting, with ground-up commercial experience.
