Republic Services, Inc. is hiring a Non-CDL Driver to safely operate company vehicles, adhere to safety standards, and complete daily tasks including inspections and VCRs.

You will read route sheets, service customers on the route or in the yard, and ensure compliance with all regulations while maintaining timely delivery and accurate paperwork. The role emphasizes courteous interaction with customers and colleagues, with strong focus on safety, vehicle readiness, and daily reporting.

Formación

• Valid driver''s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to schedules.
• Commitment to safety and policy compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate a truck on designated routes and yards per route sheet.
• Load and dump containers at the designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues.
• Complete required paperwork including Vehicle Condition Reports (VCR).
• Follow all safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
