Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a dedicated Non-CDL Driver to safely operate company vehicles and complete daily tasks. You will conduct thorough pre- and post-operation checks, service customers on assigned routes, and maintain accurate paperwork including Vehicle Condition Reports.

Strong safety focus and clear communication are essential. The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, state and federal regulations, and active participation in safety programs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent time management to complete tasks safely and on time.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Operate a Non-CDL truck along designated routes or within yard and service customers on the route sheet.
• Read route sheets, follow maps, and dispatch instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Document vehicle conditions and complete VCRs daily; report safety issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
