Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services to customers. The role requires compliance with safety standards, daily vehicle inspections, and documentation through VCRs.

You will follow route sheets, interact with customers, and ensure timely service while maintaining vehicle readiness. The position emphasizes courteous customer interactions, adherence to company safety policies, and participation in ReSOP programs

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a collection truck and service customers on the assigned route.
• Perform complete vehicle pre- and post-operation inspections and file VCRs daily.
• Read route sheets, follow dispatch directions, and load/unload refuse at designated facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and coworkers to ensure timely service.
• Maintain vehicle condition and report safety issues using standard reports.
• Participate in the Company’s safety programs and follow all safety policies.
