Job summary

Ross Express, Inc. in Boscawen, NH is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to pickup and deliver local freight. You’ll be home daily and enjoy weekends and holidays off.

This full-time position requires a clean driving record, DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and successful completion of background checks. Hazmat endorsement preferred but must be obtained within 90 days. You’ll operate safely under company policies, maintain logs, and support courteous customer interactions while representing Ross

Qualifications

• Clean driving record meeting stated criteria.
• Must pass DOT physical examination.
• Consent to pre-employment drug screening.
• Consent to 10-year work history check; explain gaps ≥30 days.
• Tanker endorsement preferred; obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of commercial vehicles and adherence to laws and policies.
• Local freight pickup and delivery to customer locations.
• Maintain records for compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Follow all requirements for hazardous materials transportation.
• Interact professionally with customers during pickups/deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues.
