Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Full Service Driver to deliver products and fill vending machines across established accounts. The role includes cash handling, equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of delivery experience, and a CDL with a clean driving record. Local driving in Illinois and Missouri is involved, with pay at $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• CDL (Class A/B) and a clean driving record; Illinois CDL required; Missouri E license only for location; covers both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to count and secure cash.
• Prior experience using powered pallet jack preferred; PIT certification required upon hire.
• Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers product and fills vending equipment and restocks to proper levels.
• Collects and is accountable for money; settles accounts daily.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; requests service as needed.
• Maintains machine cleanliness and appropriate signage.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
